Health Insurance Plans: My Blue plans are preferred provider organization (PPO) policies. These medical coverage programs come in three variations: Individual Care Blue Plus (sm), Flexible Blue II (SM) Young Adult Blue (SM) and Medical Plans. Each My Blue has specific terms, deductibles and premiums to meet various budgets. (The My Blue Medicare plans are for people over the age of 65). The aforementioned policies are segmented according to:

- Preventative care for a $500 maximum, per calendar year (with a 90-day waiting period)

- Dental care and Maternal care are add-ons
Annual Deductibles / Out of Pocket Limits— With premiums starting at $183 per month for the Individual Care Blue Plus, individual policyholders can expect to contribute an annual maximum of $3500 in out of pocket costs. Nonetheless, the other My Blue plans offer lower and higher premiums with corroborating co-payments, annual deductibles.
